This is a calm sushi restaurant loved by the locals, and it has a very comfortable atmosphere. The conversation flows easily in the soft air at the counter, allowing for a relaxed experience. The ingredients feature excellent fish from Toyosu, and each one is in superb condition. The lightly cooked red vinegar rice is slightly warm, enhancing the deliciousness when paired with the cold toppings. The appetizers and nigiri offer variety, keeping the experience enjoyable without becoming monotonous, and the dishes are beautifully eye-catching. They also suggest pairings with sake and wine, making the meal even more enjoyable.

The interior has a calm atmosphere and is very clean. Entering through the hidden entrance in the basement is exciting, with decorations of stones and gravel. The dishes and presentation are stylish, making it enjoyable from the visual aspect. A variety of appetizers and sushi are served, and everything from sea urchin, crab, squid, horse mackerel, gizzard shad, to eel was delicious. The selection of sake is also good, pairing nicely with the food. Conversations with the staff are pleasant, making the time at the counter naturally enjoyable.
