Using mangoes from the 'Gracius' brand, which are selected only after being grown on trees until ripe and meeting a certain sugar content standard. These mangoes have low fiber and are in the best condition for sweetness, texture, and aroma. The balance of refreshing frozen yogurt-flavored ice cream and rich cream is excellent.
Using mangoes in their best state of sweetness, texture, and aroma, we created a perfectly sized parfait. This parfait is recommended for after meals or when you want to enjoy a taste of seasonal fruit.
