This shop is quietly located on a narrow street in a residential area, but I was surprised by how spacious it was, which is hard to imagine from the exterior. In addition to counter seats and table seats, there is also a raised area, and it has a clean and relaxing atmosphere. The kishimen, which can be boiled right in front of you, has a chewy texture unique to fresh noodles, and the rich curry broth with lingering spices is delightful. The soba with mountain vegetables is packed with ingredients, and the combination of the fragrant broth and the firm noodles is excellent. The katsudon, topped with freshly fried cutlet, has a burst of flavor from the soft-boiled egg and the dashi, making it hard to put down my chopsticks. There are a few parking spaces available in front of the shop, and the friendly atmosphere between regular customers and staff makes it a very comfortable place.
