Located on the second floor of a building close to Shimokitazawa Station, the entrance feels like a hidden gem, elevating your mood. The calm interior features only a wooden counter, creating an atmosphere where adults can leisurely enjoy yakitori. The omakase course begins with a chicken broth soup, followed by a rhythmic succession of skewers and side dishes, making for a consistently enjoyable experience. The fluffy and juicy tsukune and the moist chicken breast are, of course, excellent, but the crispy and fragrant chicken wings are exceptional as well. Even the rare cuts and vegetable skewers are perfectly cooked and seasoned, highlighting the quality of the ingredients with each skewer. The selection of drinks and the warm hospitality of the staff are also wonderful, making this a place I would definitely want to recommend to yakitori lovers.
