I ordered the seasonal course, and from the very first dish, I was excited. The appetizer of salmon served on bread with bottarga is very aromatic. The creamy bean soup and the warm dish of seafood and bamboo shoots are well-balanced and satisfying. The sorbet in between refreshes the palate, enhancing the flavor of the meat dishes in the second half. The aged beef is tender, pairs excellently with the sauce, and I couldn't help but keep eating the bread. The finishing dessert is light and melts in the mouth, allowing me to enjoy it all the way to the last coffee.
