Yanagibashi Kadoju is a historic izakaya with a 60-year legacy, serving authentic chanko nabe passed down from the Takasago stable, along with fresh sashimi sourced from Yanagibashi Market. The chanko nabe features a secret broth based on bonito dashi, infused with plenty of vegetables and seafood, creating a delightful flavor.
