A hidden gem boasting handmade soba and exquisite dipping sauce

Tsukioka is a renowned establishment in Sayama, famous for its authentic handmade soba and exceptional dipping sauce. The soba, crafted with care by the owner, is made from high-quality buckwheat flour sourced from Ugo Town in Akita Prefecture, resulting in a smooth and aromatic dish. Be sure to savor this meticulously prepared delicacy along with the rich flavor of the soba.

You can spend a relaxing time in a calm atmosphere that makes the most of the residential space. You can choose between silk-ground and coarse-ground soba, and the quality of the handmade noodles is clearly conveyed. The flavorful dipping sauce is impressive, and you can enjoy the soba broth as well. The tempura is also carefully prepared, making it even more enjoyable when paired with the soba. You can also taste a dish made with Sayama tea and a combination of seiro (steamed soba) and tempura rice bowl. Alcohol is also available, and having a parking lot is a great help.
