Sitting at the counter, the staff greet you with a smile, which is heartwarming. First, when I eat the fragrant stir-fried vegetables, the crunchy texture and umami make me happy right from the start. The signature dish, the tonkotsu-yaki, has a fluffy batter topped with squid, spreading the flavors of the sea, creating a combination that can't be tasted anywhere else. The okonomiyaki with eggs is topped with a sauce that has a hint of mustard, perfectly complementing the fluffy eggs. The yakisoba coated in sauce and the takoyaki, which is crispy on the outside and gooey on the inside, are all delightful. They cook everything with care, making even the wait enjoyable, and it's a place where you can relax and feel satisfied.
