Sitting at the counter, I feel excited watching the chef skillfully prepare sushi. The toppings, such as tuna, yellowtail, and steamed shrimp, are all fresh, and the umami spreads in my mouth. The seaweed rolls have a crisp aroma that brings happiness with each bite. The moist rice is slightly warm, and the harmony with the toppings is exquisite. The hot miso soup has a rich dashi flavor, providing a gentle taste that relaxes the body. The calm atmosphere and friendly staff allow for a completely relaxing experience.
