The dining area on the top floor has a spacious atmosphere. For breakfast, you can choose one main dish, and the rest is available as a buffet for you to take freely. The morning view from the window is beautiful and uplifting. The sudachi egg benedict has a refreshing aroma and is very delicious. The crepe with Awa vegetables is also satisfying with plenty of vegetables. There is a good selection of fruits, cereals, yogurt, bread, tea leaves for tea, and fresh juice, all of which can be enjoyed.

We will prepare it right in front of you using large island garlic, local chicken eggs 'Awasodachi', Shodoshima olive oil, anchovies, white wine vinegar, Parmesan cheese, and mix it with seasonal Awa vegetables and crunchy romaine lettuce. Enjoy this original Caesar salad made right in front of you with our wagon service.

Awajibie Tokushima Prefecture Roasted Venison with Red Wine Sauce

Completely free of fat, tender despite being lean. No gamey taste, high-quality meat. It pairs perfectly with a heavier red wine, making it an exceptionally delicious dish.
