This is a well-known soba restaurant in the local area, easily accessible by car. The interior seems to have been remodeled, creating a calm and stylish atmosphere. There are counter seats, tables, and partitioned areas with bamboo blinds, making it comfortable for solo diners. You can choose 100% buckwheat soba, which has a strong texture, and the cold dish is refreshing and enjoyable. The dipping sauce is rich and flavorful, and dipping just a little bit creates a good balance. In addition to the classics, there are set meals and Italian-style dishes, and the tableware is lovely, adding to the excitement.
