A hidden gem for authentic charcoal-grilled chicken and fresh seafood
Uoken is a restaurant where you can enjoy authentic charcoal-grilled chicken crafted by a skilled artisan with 10 years of experience. Located on Oyafukodori, they carefully skewer and serve fresh chicken one by one. Additionally, their seafood dishes, sourced from Nagahama Market, are exceptionally fresh, with the grilled fish, particularly rich in fat, being a standout. It's a cozy spot where you can savor delicious food in a relaxed atmosphere.
