In a climate where summers are hot, winters are cold, and there is a significant temperature difference between day and night, with distinct four seasons, Yamagata beef is carefully raised over a long period of time. Among them, we have purchased a whole A5 and A4 rank Yamagata beef. As a result, we are able to offer rare cuts that are not commonly found in regular yakiniku restaurants at reasonable prices!
We offer a variety of meats starting from small portions for you to enjoy. Additionally, to ensure that you can savor the flavors as best as possible, our staff cuts the meat in-house for serving. Please enjoy the rare cuts that change daily!
We offer two types of special homemade sauce: one is a light and slightly sweet blend of carefully selected soy sauce with fruits and vegetables to enhance the flavor of the meat, and the other is a rich flavor blended with red miso! Please give it a try♪
