As you go up the stairs and open the door, a calm space like a café unfolds before you. Here, you can enjoy Hiroshima-style okonomiyaki cooked with very little oil on a griddle. The cabbage and bean sprouts are pressed in generously, giving it a light texture and allowing the sweetness of the vegetables to shine through. The temperature of the griddle is moderate, and the aroma of it steaming gently is more impressive than the sizzling sound. There are also menu items like yakimeshi and yakisoba, which is nice because you can choose various options depending on your mood that day. There is a point card, and it's also nice to have little perks every time you visit.
