Only the center (eye) of the ribeye is used, the very best of rib steaks! Each person will receive 200 grams of this meat, to be carved and enjoyed by all! Of course, the ribeye pictured above is the smallest size. What kind of Ayers Rock you can see depends on the number of guests! Minimum of 4 persons.
