A lively and homey izakaya

Yorimichi Izakaya is located a bit away from the city center of Obihiro, yet it has been loved by many customers for 25 years. The interior features a traditional counter and a cozy atmosphere, making it a welcoming place for both individuals and families. The fresh sashimi, homemade dishes, and exquisite fried foods are all delicious, with the crab miso tofu and young chicken karaage being particularly renowned.

It is bustling with locals, and the atmosphere is bright from the moment you enter. The menu is very extensive, making it hard to choose, but I feel that you can't go wrong with any option. The specialty, half-fried chicken, is crispy and satisfying, and very delicious. The grilled half of the 'kinki' fish is impressive and rich in flavor, leaving a lasting impression. You can also enjoy a selection of sake and shochu, and there are various types of beer to choose from. There is parking available, making it easy to gather, and I appreciate the reassuring feeling of a classic izakaya.
