This is a consistently popular skewer that almost all customers order when they visit! Enjoy the harmony of crispy lettuce and pork! It's quite filling, so one skewer is enough for two people!
A variation of skewers wrapped with beef and enoki mushrooms, drizzled with a sweet and savory sauce. Enjoy the sukiyaki skewers with a raw egg yolk!
The refreshing watercress roll is a popular dish among female customers!
Please enjoy the slightly sour and salty umeboshi as you crush it with a special muddler! It's packed with citric acid, making it very effective for fatigue recovery (but be careful not to drink too much, haha). If you want to savor the flavor of the umeboshi until the end, we also have the filling available (380 yen/excluding tax)!
This is a drink where the plum vinegar from Juro plum meets honey to create a wonderful harmony! It's also recommended for those who are not fond of sour flavors!
This is a premium umeshu made from Juuro plums and Yamada Nishiki rice produced in Ebina, crafted by the sake brewery Izumibashi Shuzo. It is highly praised by both sweet and dry drinkers!
