An izakaya where you can enjoy authentic Osaka-style kushikatsu

Kushikatsu Sakaba Naniwaya Honpo is a lively establishment where you can enjoy Osaka's famous deep-fried skewers. With both counter and table seating, it's a casual spot perfect for solo diners or groups. The diverse menu of kushikatsu is a major attraction. Conveniently located near the station, it's a great place to savor the flavors of Osaka right in front of the station.

I am happy with the atmosphere where you can quickly grab a drink near the station. The batter is light and many of the skewers are crispy, allowing you to enjoy a variety of flavors including shrimp, lotus root, pickled ginger, and cheese. The sauce is applied quickly, and the moderate spiciness blends well with everything, making it enjoyable. The stewed dish also has a clear flavor that pairs well with alcohol. The interior has a small layout with a counter and tables, and the staff is quick and smooth in their service. There is also instant ramen available, which is great for enjoying until the end.
