Located in a former elementary school building, the atmosphere is comforting from the moment you enter. Passing through the grape arbor and under the noren curtain, the cozy dining area is charmingly decorated with wildflowers. You can enjoy a view of Mount Yotei, and in what used to be the schoolyard, you can relax while listening to the sounds of chickens. Lunch consists of a main dish, five-grain rice, and miso soup, with side dishes available for you to take freely. The tempura and salad made from wild plants, as well as the simmered dishes, have a homemade taste, and it's delightful to see freshly made dishes being served one after another. There was even red bean milk jelly, making for a warm and enjoyable experience until the very end.

In spring, maple and birch sap are collected to brew this coffee. Enjoy the mineral content and slightly sweet coffee taste. Other options include sap milk tea, sap herbal tea, sap beer, freshly squeezed milk, homemade enzyme juice, and pesticide-free perilla juice.
