A Chinese restaurant where you can enjoy authentic flavors - Hao Tsuu Gyoza

Hao Tsuu Gyoza is a hidden gem located in Minami Ward, Fukuoka City, run by a couple from Northeast China. True to its name, the restaurant's signature dish is its 'delicious' gyoza, known for its juicy filling and crispy exterior. Additionally, the seafood champon and Chinese rice bowls are also popular, making it a great place to enjoy a fun dining experience. For those who want to enjoy it at home, their takeout fresh gyoza is also well-received.

The interior has a calm atmosphere reminiscent of a town Chinese restaurant, making it comfortable even for first-time visitors. The pan-fried dumplings have a crispy and fragrant surface, and the chewy texture of the skin is enjoyable with every bite. Hot meat juices burst out from inside, allowing you to fully appreciate the savory flavor of the meat and the sweetness of the vegetables. The moderately spicy Sichuan-style ramen combines the richness of soy sauce with spices, creating a delicious warmth that envelops your body. The Chinese street food-style ramen has a rich oiliness and complex aroma that lingers, and the noodles are easy to slurp down. Being able to enjoy such dumplings and ramen in a homely atmosphere inevitably brings a smile to your face.
