An izakaya with a casual atmosphere and high-quality cuisine

Warai Isezakicho is an izakaya from the Tachibana Chuo Group, where you can enjoy delicious dishes in a comfortable, casual setting. The U-shaped counter typical of long-established izakayas offers a selection of fresh and high-quality snacks, including sashimi and kushi-katsu. The fish dishes, in particular, are exquisite and provide a level of satisfaction that exceeds expectations.

Upon entering, there is a table and a long counter where you can sit comfortably even alone. There is also a terrace outside, which is refreshing. You can be guided to a raised tatami room, allowing for a relaxed time. The sticky dish, made with nagaimo (Japanese yam), okra, and natto, combined with a soft-boiled egg, seaweed, and wasabi, is very delicious. The tempura of summer vegetables, including fresh eggplant and cherry tomatoes, pairs perfectly with matcha salt. The assorted grilled chicken skewers and chives omelet have just the right amount of salt, and you can enjoy drinking in a lively atmosphere.
