The handmade shumai is full of meat juice, and the flavor spreads with each bite. The simmered chicken offal is light and has a gentle aftertaste. The fragrant skewers pair well with plum wine, making it hard to put down the chopsticks. Depending on the ingredients available, you might encounter a dish not on the menu, which is exciting.
