This vineyard focuses more on quality than tourism, making it a place where you can truly appreciate good grapes. With a wide variety of grape types, there are new discoveries to be made every time you visit, and there are sometimes tastings available. Of course, the classic Shine Muscat is a must-try, but the Black Dolce is seedless and delicious even with its skin, offering a juicy and soft texture. The Rizamat seems difficult to cultivate, but its thin skin gently peels away, releasing a very sweet and elegant aroma. The red varieties are also excellent, with Sun Rouge featuring a gentle acidity and a scent reminiscent of Delaware grapes, while Queen Nina is rich in sweetness and sophistication. The lineup changes with the seasons, and you can feel the ingenuity of both the greenhouse and open field, making each visit exciting.
