The kohada has just the right amount of vinegar and is refreshingly delicious. The chashu egg I ordered next has a sweet and spicy sauce that is the key to its strong flavor. I'm happy that even if it's not on the menu, they will make it for you if you ask. The slightly spicy fried gyoza, which is a trial dish, is crispy and the sauce clings well to it. The teriyaki chicken is also cooked to perfection, and the seasoning pairs well with highballs. You can enjoy everything from classic dishes to those with a twist, and each dish is satisfying.
