Located on the 10th floor of a department store directly connected to the station, it is easy to find. If it is not crowded, you can sit wherever you like, and the staff's service is pleasant and reassuring. The chilled, firm soba has a smooth texture that goes down easily, and it has a delightful mouthfeel that becomes more tender as you chew. The hot broth of the duck soba is sweet and rich, perfectly complementing the umami of the duck and the aroma of the green onions. The freshly made soba is thick and chewy, allowing you to enjoy the difference in flavors between the sweet sauce and the spicy sauce. The interior has a calm atmosphere where you can relax, and the meticulous craftsmanship is evident.
