When I opened the door, a wonderful aroma of dashi spread out, making me excited. The soba is thin and has a nice texture, and it goes down smoothly. The dipping sauce has a deep umami flavor, with a gentle aftertaste that pairs perfectly with the noodles. The tempura has a crispy batter, and eating it together with the soba is very satisfying. The soba broth after the meal has a subtle hint of yuzu, making it pleasant to drink until the end. The interior with an irori (traditional Japanese hearth) is also cozy, and I was drawn to the dengaku (grilled tofu with miso).
