A classic ketchup omelette rice (wrapped type), prepared with a creamy white sauce (fluffy and soft style), and a rich demi-glace sauce (fluffy and soft style) is available. Enjoy your favorite flavor according to your mood. White sauce and demi-glace sauce are provided bi-weekly.
We offer two types of pasta that change biweekly! We use fresh pasta, which is characterized by its chewy texture. By enjoying it as soon as possible, you can savor the unique flavor and texture of fresh pasta at its best.
The rich taste of chocolate that melts in your mouth spreads out in the 'Fondant Chocolate.' By adding rich whipped cream to the chocolate sauce that flows from the center of the dessert, you can enjoy an even richer flavor. While it is moderately sweet, the strong cocoa flavor and the richness of the whipped cream match perfectly. It also pairs excellently with coffee or tea.
Please enjoy it with warm red bean paste poured over a parfait of fresh cream, shiratama, and vanilla ice cream.

We use tea leaves from Ronnefeldt (a German tea brand) served in a teapot.
Coffee beans from Rainforest Alliance certified farms are used. It features a soft richness and acidity finished with a city roast. We use a coffee machine called 'Seraphim' that employs the latest extraction technology to maximize the flavor and aroma of the coffee beans.
