The interior features an L-shaped counter and small tables, creating a spacious environment where you can relax even while standing. You can borrow folding chairs, allowing you to sit and enjoy your time leisurely. The first dish we ordered was a platter of appetizers, including potato salad and smashed cucumbers, all of which were simply delicious. The charcoal-grilled tongue and mixed offal were fragrant, and the sauce was just the right thickness, making it easy to enjoy with drinks. There is a wide variety of drink options, including highballs and shiso daruma sours, so you can enjoy according to your mood. The staff is young and friendly, and I was satisfied to be able to drink slowly in a pleasant atmosphere.
