The small shop at the top of the stairs fills with the aroma of coffee the moment you open the door. Although it is just a counter space, the calm lighting provides a sense of security like a hidden retreat. The master carefully selects the amount of beans and water, and brews it slowly with a cloth filter, resulting in a rich flavor. Even with a dark roast, there are no off-flavors, and the smooth richness lingers in your mouth, creating a feeling of happiness. It's also interesting to enjoy options like Irish coffee with alcohol or juice topped with rum, depending on your mood. While leisurely drinking with handmade chocolate cake, I found myself engaged in conversation with the regulars around me, completely forgetting the time.
