The interior has a chic color scheme, and occasionally the sound of birds chirping flows from the speakers, adding a playful touch. The system that allows you to quickly order with your smartphone is comfortable, enabling you to place orders one after another without getting up from your seat. Each skewer is carefully grilled, and when you bite into it, the juices spread delightfully. There are also rare cuts like 'furisode' and 'kinkan,' which make just looking at the menu exciting. There are many items with enjoyable textures, such as crispy skin and tsukune with lettuce, which pair well with sake and highballs. The chicken soup I savored at the end had a rich saltiness, leaving me fully satisfied until the very last moment.

Upon entering the restaurant, the calm color scheme of the interior creates a comfortable atmosphere without any smoke. Once seated, I could easily place my order using my smartphone, which allowed me to focus on conversation. The chawanmushi (steamed egg custard) served as an appetizer was rich in dashi (broth), raising my spirits from the start. The yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) included not only tsukune (chicken meatballs) and chicken breast but also rare cuts, and I particularly can't forget the rich flavor of the chouchin (chicken tail). The variety of sake paired with the meal was extensive, and its refreshing aroma enhanced the savory scent of the charcoal grilling. I took a moment to relax with the chicken soup served at the end, leaving the restaurant feeling fully satisfied.

Our shop's most popular item, 'Furisode' is a rare cut located between the chicken wing and breast, with only a small amount available from each bird. The meat quality is close to that of the breast, with a firm flavor, and compared to tenderloin, it has a chewy texture. Despite being on the lighter side, it is close to the chicken wing, making the flavor of the skin exquisite! Customers who try it always come back for more♪
