The mozuku vinegar that came out first is refreshing, and the aroma of ginger is pleasant. The potato salad has a rich mayonnaise flavor, and the texture of the cucumber is enjoyable. Each skewer is relatively large, and they are all cooked to perfection, which is satisfying. In particular, the negima has a fragrant skin and tender meat, with a perfect balance of salt. The liver has a melting texture, and it pairs wonderfully with the sauce and pepper, which is impressive. The miso sauce on the chicken neck and the delicious fat of the chicken tail are irresistible, allowing me to enjoy a happy mood until the end.
