As soon as I entered, I was excited by the great atmosphere. The scallops served as an appetizer were full of flavor, making me feel happy right from the start. The squid from Nagasaki mixed with sake was a perfect match for highballs. The sesame kampachi mixed with egg yolk and green onions was incredibly aromatic and rich. The boiled gyoza, chicken thigh with green onion salt sauce, and the sea bream liver enjoyed with Nagasaki sake were all delicious. The homemade tartar sauce with fried horse mackerel and the potato salad with salmon roe and sea urchin soy sauce also left a lasting impression.
