We take pride in our dishes made with fresh seafood directly shipped from our own boat, the 'Marufuku Maru.' Our specialty, clay pot sea bream rice, is cooked to order and prepared so that the bones can be eaten. The straw salt tataki is characterized by its fragrant flavor, grilled with straw. Additionally, we offer a variety of menus including sashimi platters and charcoal-grilled dishes.

The interior makes abundant use of wood, creating a warm and calm atmosphere. There are semi-private sunken kotatsu seats and counter seats, making it suitable for various occasions such as couples, families, and friends. The entrance with a fireplace and attention to detail can be felt throughout.

"Gyosai Keishoku Hikari," which opened in 2015, is committed to providing fresh fish caught by the owner's father, who is a fisherman. The seafood is delivered directly from their own boat, the "Marufuku Maru," allowing customers to enjoy seasonal flavors.
