The counter surrounds the kitchen, and it's exciting to feel the atmosphere and aroma of the cooking up close. The seasonal dishes are visually beautiful, and each item, even the eight delicacies, has its own unique twist, making it enjoyable. The grilled Spanish mackerel over charcoal, the fluffy pike conger soup, and the fragrant matsutake mushroom steamed in a teapot particularly left an impression on me. The white rice cooked in a clay pot is glossy, and when paired with homemade nameko mushroom and aosa seaweed tsukudani, as well as chirimen sansho, it is absolutely perfect. The onion miso soup is gently sweet on its own, and adding a little mustard gives it a sharp and interesting twist. The finishing dessert and matcha were also highly satisfying, and I felt happy to spend time in the open space comfortably.

The presentation and the dishes are beautiful, and you can feel the sense of style in every detail of the space. While making the most of the ingredients' natural flavors, the seasoning is perfectly balanced, making each dish impressive. You can enjoy a well-balanced selection of grilled fish and meat over charcoal, seasonal vegetable dishes, sushi, and simmered dishes, with plenty of vegetables as well. The freshly cooked rice, new onion miso soup, pickles, and dashimaki are all prepared with care, making you want to ask for seconds. The panna cotta at the end, topped with strawberries and sweet red bean paste, along with fresh cream, was also flawless, leaving me feeling happy until the very end.
