A long-established restaurant where history and sophistication merge

Founded in the 18th year of the Meiji era, Daimaru is a long-established restaurant located on a charming street in the Furumachi area, captivating many guests over the years. The interior has been renovated, offering a bright and clean pure Japanese atmosphere. The sashimi is made from fresh selections sourced from the market every morning, and the signature dish, "Crab Cocquille," is particularly popular. Along with the exquisite cuisine, the warm-hearted service provides a special experience for all who visit.

The Japanese-style decor is elegant, creating a bright and clean atmosphere. The private rooms offer both table seating and tatami mat seating, making it perfect for business meetings or important meals. You can enjoy a variety of dishes centered around kaiseki, as well as a la carte options. The sashimi is of high quality with a firm texture that brings joy with every bite. The crab coquille has a rich and melting flavor that particularly stood out to me. The attentive service and well-timed delivery enhance the experience, and the drinks flow naturally.
