In a traditional-style shop along the highway built next to a small river, antique items are lined up, creating an exciting atmosphere. There are table seats and tatami rooms available, and it's delightful to relax while gazing at the greenery outside. The handmade soba noodles are thin yet have a strong chewiness, and their smooth texture and pleasant aroma are impressive. The freshly fried tempura, featuring shrimp and pumpkin served in a boat-style presentation, is light and crispy, providing a satisfying experience. The bubbling nabe-yaki udon warms you to the core, and its gentle flavor is comforting. While sipping the thick soba broth after the meal, I realized why the shop is loved by the many customers who come in one after another.
