With a warm atmosphere that feels like it's part of home, you can receive it in a calm manner. You can choose between one tier and two tiers, and the appearance packed neatly in the wooden box is very beautiful. When you open the bamboo leaves, a pleasant aroma wafts out, and you can easily cut it like a cake with the enclosed knife. The trout is moist and has a firmness that feels semi-raw, allowing you to fully appreciate its flavor. The vinegared rice is pressed just right, crumbling softly, and its mild acidity pairs well with the trout. It seems that the flavors are adjusted according to the season, and combined with the aroma of the bamboo leaves, it was enjoyable until the very end.
