Intrigued by the visual!　@Shin-Osaka | Happy eating delicious food! Kansai people are fond of powdered food! But you know... I prefer Hiroshima-style okonomiyaki! Between you and me! I worked hard today! Lots of trouble and good hours... I was really going to go out to Umeda to eat yakisoba... My mouth is craving sauce. Speaking of sauce, okonomiyaki! Takoyaki! If you go to Shin-Osaka Station, you'll find something, right? Aji no Koji on the 1st floor of Shin-Osaka Station The atmosphere is a little gloomy, and I'm not very enthusiastic about it... I went to Meseguma and found it full of people! Eeeeeee! You can't be serious, it's full? When I was looking sad in front of the restaurant, the waitress showed me to the other restaurant, which is also affiliated with Meseguma. Gorokpi-ya! The store is on the first floor in front of the roundabout. This one is brighter and more casual, so it is easier to come in alone! I was a bit nervous about coming in alone because Messe Kumar is a very lively place. Inside the restaurant, there are counter seats, table seats, and box seats. Tables and box seats are equipped with a teppan (iron griddle). First, a toast! Honey Umeshu (plum wine) 417 yen Well done for a job well done! Me! Ordering the specialty of this place! Specialty! Negi-okoshi (scallion) 1,080 yen It comes on a griddle for one person! Of course it's hot! It is topped with a lot of negi (green onion), sujikon and a fried egg on top! First, crack open the yolk. The yolk flows out! Here! It's like a movie, isn't it? The dough is fluffy with a lot of eggs, and the sauce is not too much, so when I first ate it, I thought it didn't have much punch! You can customize your own sauce, shichimi (seven spices), nori (seaweed), etc. on the table! The suji on the top, the menu says it was braised to tenderness! Of course! That's what I was imagining, but the suji was cooked well and had a firm texture! I was just imagining that, so I was left with a "hmmmmm" feeling! Overall, the okonomiyaki has a light finish, and the egg flavor comes through directly! It looks very appealing, but when I tried it, it was a little different, wasn't it? It's a very generous portion, so you can fill up on just one piece! I would like to see a little more punch in the sauces and a little more suji on top. Personally, I would like to see a little more suji on top of this dish. I think there are a lot of tourists because of the location.
