The traditional farmhouse-style construction allows you to relax as if you were visiting a relative's home when you sit in the spacious tatami room. The breeze flows well, and gentle light comes in, creating a lovely atmosphere that evokes a sense of old-fashioned living. Small bowls are served first, and the pickled vegetables like chrysanthemum and mountain herbs all have great flavors, making the waiting time enjoyable. The thick country soba noodles release a wonderful aroma as you chew, and the dipping sauce is slightly sweet, making it a perfect match. The crispy fried squid tentacles are well-seasoned with salt, making them hard to resist. A warm chicken dipping sauce is also provided, allowing you to choose how to enjoy your meal based on your mood.
