The quiet interior of the shop, located just a short walk from the station, features a counter and a raised seating area, allowing for a relaxed experience. I was very excited to see the chef's meticulous craftsmanship right in front of me. The sushi had a perfect size of rice, and the emphasis on kombu and wooden barrel soy sauce enhanced the flavor of the ingredients. Dishes like hamo somen and smoked bonito also appeared, and I was moved by their rich flavors. I also tried the refined ramen, which is only served once a month, and the clear broth was unexpectedly delicious. The aftertaste lingered for a long time, and I felt happy all the way home.
