車站旁的安靜店內有吧台和小高台，可以悠閒地度過時光。能夠親眼看到大將細緻的手藝，讓我感到非常興奮。握壽司的飯團大小恰到好處，對昆布和木桶醬油的講究更是突顯了食材的鮮美。還有鱧魚涼麵和煙燻鰹魚等小菜登場，讓我感受到深厚的滋味。我也嘗試了每月僅提供一次的淡麗系拉麵，清爽的湯頭超乎預期的美味。餘韻持久，回家的路上也一直感到幸福。
