7 Eel Skewers Course

There are many hidden and delicious parts of the eel, such as the kimo, short shaku, liver, and fillet. We offer selected parts of the eel on skewers to let you know the taste of these parts. It would be a shame to end your life without tasting them.

7 chicken and vegetable skewers

It is said that the process of "skewering" takes 3 years, "tearing" 8 years, and "grilling" a lifetime in the eel business, and that it is so difficult to get the right level of grilliness. Even if we procure the best quality eel, it will be ruined if it is not grilled by a master griller. We serve not only eel but also yakitori and yakiton (grilled chicken and grilled pork), which are plump, juicy, and exquisitely delicious. Please enjoy the grilled skewers prepared by a "yaki" craftsman who knows all about fire.
