The interior is modern and clean, allowing for a calm dining experience. The staff is polite and warm, making for a pleasant time throughout. The service is smooth, and the dishes are brought out at a nice rhythm, which is delightful. The fried conger eel is fluffy and juicy, and the scallops smoked with cherry wood and the grilled angel shrimp are also aromatic and impressive. The pasta, risotto, and squid ink fettuccine are all delicious, skillfully using local ingredients. There is no skimping on desserts or homemade bread, and I was satisfied until the very end.
