A place to rediscover the charm of Sanuki udon

Udon Chikuzan is located in the mountainous area of Hiratsuka City. The appeal lies in the chewy texture of Sanuki udon, and you can enjoy a rich menu featuring beef and tempura, among other options. The interior has a cozy, cabin-like atmosphere with warm wooden accents, creating a comfortable space. It's a recommended spot where you can savor a heartwarming bowl of udon in a tranquil environment.

This is a shop with a Japanese-style atmosphere where you can feel the relaxed air of the satoyama (village in the hills). The parking lot is spacious, and the interior has high ceilings, creating a sense of openness. There are raised seating areas and tatami rooms, and the spacing between seats is generous, allowing for a calm and comfortable experience. You can enjoy handmade udon noodles, with options like chopped vegetables, mushrooms, and tempura. Classical music plays in the background, creating a pleasant ambiance. I also appreciated the thoughtful gesture of being served coffee while waiting.
