A whole red snapper from Choshi is boldly simmered! By finishing it all at once, the flesh becomes fluffy! The sweet and savory sauce is exquisite. You won't be able to stop eating!!
Fatty local mackerel from Odawara! Grilled whole half. Squeeze some lemon and enjoy with wasabi soy sauce!
A consistently popular item since our establishment! The combination of tuna and avocado goes without saying.
A popular product since our establishment. Packed with plenty of Shonan shirasu!!
Just the right amount of fat! The flesh is tightly packed. Homemade secret recipe sake lees pickle! A dish that you can't stop eating!
Using half of a large mackerel! Thick meat, rich in fat, and delicious! A dish that pairs well with sake.

The gin and tonic uses an original gin with yuzu peel, while the Moscow mule includes vodka with grated ginger.
From standard highballs to adult highballs!
We offer local sake from Izumibashi and various regional sakes from different areas. If the timing is right, you may also encounter Dassai.
