A heartwarming Japanese-style family restaurant

Anjintei Towada is a Japanese-style family restaurant that soothes the hearts of its visitors with its gentle-flavored soba. The thin, fresh soba noodles are light and provide a moment of healing in a tiring daily life. The tempura is crispy and delicious, and the complimentary soba-yu service adds a thoughtful touch.

The parking lot is spacious and easy to access by car. The interior of the store is also roomy. The soba noodles are thinly cut and well-chilled, allowing for a smooth and pleasant slurp. The dipping sauce has a gentle aroma of bonito, with a hint of sweetness and mild acidity. The tempura has a light and crispy texture, and the chicken rice bowl features neatly arranged pieces of chicken cut into smaller sizes, making it delicious. After the meal, they also serve soba broth, leaving me satisfied as I leave the restaurant.
