A charming traditional Japanese izakaya

Dining Place Nishino is an izakaya that fills your heart with high-quality sashimi and its famous tamagoyaki. In addition to the commonly found tuna in the Kanto region, you can enjoy a variety of dishes including fresh yokowa and Takamori beef. The calm, traditional Japanese atmosphere and warm hospitality, praised by repeat customers, are its attractions. The dishes, which focus on dashi, bring smiles to all who visit.

Sitting at the counter, the atmosphere in the restaurant is calm and comforting. The chef is friendly and is happy to help with order consultations. The freshly made dashimaki tamago (Japanese rolled omelette) is fluffy, and the fragrant dashi spreads throughout my mouth. The sashimi, such as yellowtail and yokowa, can also be lightly seared, enhancing the umami flavor even more. The tataki of Takamori beef is tender, and with every bite, the sweetness of the meat is felt, leaving me very satisfied. Each dish has a taste that reflects careful preparation, and I found myself enjoying the drinks more and more.
