The char grilled slowly over charcoal is fragrant and can be enjoyed from head to tail with a crispy texture. The sweetfish grilled on the same grill is also plump and carries the scent of the river. The tempura and side dishes made with the blessings of spring mountains have a pleasant bitterness that makes it hard to stop eating. There are also light dishes like the classic ramen, making it enjoyable for both children and adults. Each dish is carefully prepared, and the entire dining place is filled with a handmade warmth. Having a drink here after a soak in the hot springs allows both the body and mind to relax even further.
