Handmade 100% buckwheat soba has a fragrant aroma and a rich umami flavor with every bite. It has a firm texture that feels pleasant going down, showcasing the quality of the buckwheat flour. The gentle, slightly sweet dipping sauce, rich in dashi, pairs perfectly with the noodles. You can enjoy tempura made with ingredients like ginseng, eel, shrimp, squid, corn, and sweet potato. You can place your order with a meal ticket, and even the rich soba broth at the end is delicious. Soba cookies and yokan are served on the side, and the fried rice cakes are impressive, leaving you feeling happy.
