Located in a quiet corner of the town, this shop blends into the community and has a relaxed atmosphere that is very pleasant. The menu at the entrance features photos, making it easy to read and choose from. The tuna, in particular, is outstanding, with both the red meat and medium fatty tuna showcasing a rich, sticky flavor. The toro-taku roll with seared tuna is vibrant in color, moist, and has a very pleasant texture. The sushi rice is firm, which pairs well with the traditional ambiance. The blue fish, squid, and tekka maki are also delicious, allowing you to enjoy a classic taste overall.
